We got this shelf to install above our wood burning stove insert, to use as a shelf for our TV sound bar, and to also shield the tv from heat rising from the stove. This item was custom made to our specifications, shipped in the best packaging (wooden crate, cardboard, bubble, paper) and arrived in a very reasonable time. Absolutely love it, and would do business here again. Highly recommend.

I had someone install it which went very quickly.
Uri must have an eye on his email 24/7 because he responded back immediately to both my requests- the first was to cancel my order(which he did promptly no questions asked) and then 2 days later when I asked him to reinstate the order with the discount I initially had which he also promptly did. He timed the shipment to arrive around the time I requested. It was very securely packed in a cardboard box which was then nestled in a wooden box. The mantel was in perfect condition. Very secure design. Beware as I looked at another metal mantel on another site and it was a design that was questionable. Always check installation instructions. I had someone install it which went very quickly. Overall very happy with the service and the product and highly recommend.
